Job Profile: -
• To attend to incoming telephone calls, and to prioritize messages and all incoming mail/E Mail. Maintain follow up to ensure these are dealt with in an efficient and expedient manner in order of importance.
• To handle the requests for appointments, setting appointments were deemed appropriate, passing others to appropriate departmental heads, and latterly discussing actions with Section Manager.
