Job Description
• Buying and Booking of Ads such as; newspapers, magazines, online ads, outdoor ads, radio, TV’s, etc...
• Preparing media plans.
• In the absence of the media Manager I am the one who’s taking care of both client and supplier requests.
• Dispatching of artworks to supplier for ads publication.
• Monitoring of daily advertising of the clients by making sure that the ads are published with the right specs as it specified by the booking order.
• Doing research as per client’s requirements, especially when it comes to client’s competitors.
• Processing and checking of client and supplier invoices.
• Filling of the important documents such as; rate cards, invoices, plans, bookings, artworks copies, magazines, etcs.
