• Responsible for procurement and logistics operations.
• Process Foreign and Local Purchase Orders for 30 shops in GCC (Qatar, KSA and UAE) including Blue Salon, Highland Chains, Secret Notes Chains, Scentana, By Kilian, Yves Rocher, Durance, L’Occitane, The Face Shop, House of Fraser and Karisma.
• Coordinate with Suppliers (Europe, GCC and Asia) on the status of deliveries/shipments.
• Executes logistics plan to move the shipment and to reach the destinations on schedule.
• Process payment requests and submit to Finance Department.
• Responsible and managing the item set-up of Blue Salon - Beauty and Kids Division, Pari Gallery - Beauty Division and Gulf Beauty International
• Enters data in the system and monitoring all transaction using Oracle and CEGID.
• Provides full support to Operation Team.
• Performs other duties assigned by the superior.
