 Oversee finance and accounting operations for both the Head Office and real estate division, managing a portfolio of several hundred units across the UAE; directly reporting to Group Chief Financial Officer and lead team of accountants.
 Prepare financial statements, business plan, budgets, cash flows and ad hoc reports as required by the top management.
 Review and approve monthly management reports and tax returns for submission.
 Support the preparation of Group’s consolidated financial statements.
 Manage ERP system implementation and processes improvements.
 Monitor bank facilities & cash position, update multimillion-dirhams cashflow projections, and coordinate with the Group Chief Financial Officer to ensure optimal cash availability and meet financial requirements.
 Supervise the provision of requirements to external consultants and internal teams (audit, legal, tax, system implementation) to ensure the timely execution and finalization of their required services.
 Serve as the point of contact of and coordinate with all the subsidiary companies’ finance & accounts heads for various purposes like cashflow management, intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
 Review quarterly VAT data and ensure on-time filing and payment of returns.
