Assistant Pharmacist/Assistant Store Keeper
• Checking the item base on the description, catalogue number, batch and expiry prior on issuing.
• Checking the under receiving item based on GRV
• Following the FEFO (First-In First-Out Policy
• Manage inventory/supplies and ensure they are within the established minimum and maximum levels
• Purchasing of surgical supplies
• Ensure that items to be procured are of good quality and will be supplied on time.
• Coordinating with the Store and following up on delays or orders that have been rescheduled.
• Establishing professional relationships with clients as well as vendors and suppliers.
• Reordering supplies and stock as necessary
• Sourcing materials, good products and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective deals.
• Receive prequalification applications and documentation files submitted by the manufacturer as per the approved procedures.
• Review and assessed the file/documents submitted and give comments or feedback to the Director of Specification and Supplies.
• Updating database from time to time.
• Prepare Agenda and review of the minutes for the Prequalification Committee meeting.
• Maintain the records of all the necessary correspondence updated.
• Issuing Prequalification Certificate to the approved manufacturer.
Drug Evaluator/Pharmacist II
• Evaluates and process initial application of drug registration;
• Performs other related duties assigned by supervisor from time to time.
• Prepares Notice of Deficiencies for companies who have not completed the necessary requirements for initial registration.
• Assigned to do typing of letters/Notice of Deficiencies for companies who have not completed the necessary requirements for initial registration.
• Accomplishes initial and compliance submitted by companies who have not complied with the requirements for registration.
