 Sales Targets
Assist store manager in planning and assigning clearly understood daily targets to store colleagues, set and agree on sales and operational objectives with them to ensure store sales targets and others and other business.
 Customer Service

 Stock Management
In absence of a store manager, co-ordinate with brand management and distribution center on stock deliveries, defective items, stock recalls, and pull-outs to ensure the store has the correct stock level to maximize the sales opportunities.


 Audit and Loss Prevention
Establish due diligence to ensure store colleagues are complying with all contents of SOPs files, assist the Audit and Loss prevention team in carrying out annual stock take and spot checks.
 Policy Compliance
Implement store standards and health and safety procedures to ensure the store is in compliance with all operational policies, procedures, practices, and corporate directives.
 General Administration
Coordinate with mall management and external agencies to ensure necessary approvals are obtained in time to carry out various store activities.
Monitor store attendance to ensure compliance with the biometric attendance system.
