Review Client Technical Documents, Project Specifications & QA/QC documents
Conduct Initial Project Kickoff Meeting with client, QC, Sales & Commercial team.
Release MTO & BOQ based on project specifications and client IFC Drawings.
Review & approval off IFF drawings released by design team.
Conduct Monthly Management Project Review (Dash Board) meeting, , Project Status Meeting & Client Weekly Progress Meeting
Prepare & submit contractual letters, material follow up with procurement team, timely invoicing and payment followup for the project, on time delivery of project deliverables.
