Took responsibility in managing the ultrasonic waveguide sensors and Blockchain based healthcare R&D products from 2 startups under IIT Madras.(Startup 1 : Plenome - Startup 2: XYMA Analytics) Involved in taking part in Supply chain domain of the startups, streamlined the procurement process and introduced inventory optimizing methodologies, such as Inventory tracking, warehouse and order management, preparation & issuance of purchase orders. reforming purchase order formats and implementing KPI's of supply chain. Managed Vendor management ( prequalification, vendor registration), Preparation of bid tab summaries for management approval, Coordination with vendors, inhouse sales and accounts team on timely delivery.
