Worked in Multispecality (650) bedded Hospital, as a scrub nurse in various trauma procedures especially Intramedullary Nailing, Hip fracture fixations, Pelvic and Acetabular fracture fixation,Open Reduction and Internal Fixation for peri-articular fracture, Fixation using modern locking plates and screws for MIPO techniques, Assisted in Arthroscopic procedures(Shoulder and Knee), External fixations,CMR + pinning and POP application. Additionally, hand driven in assisting various Spine surgeries especially Laminectomy, Scoliosis correction. Moreover assisted in micro vascular surgeries involves major and minor reimplantation of amputed parts, free tissue transfer, brachial plexus injuries by maintaining delicate micro surgical instruments. Nursing Ward procedures, Nursing Documentation, Pre-Intra-Post operative nursing care, Nursing process, IV therapy, Administering Medications and Post - Anesthetic care unit care unit. In addition worked as a Nursing Tutor-cum-Clinical instructor in school and college of nursing, during this period was engaged in class room teaching as well as guiding and supervising the student nurses in the clinical area.
