Job Profile
o Follow the established project specific QA/QC procedures, project specifications, international
codes/standards, inspection and test plan, work instructions etc. and maintain applicable
formats, checklists/records.
o Maintaining the quality control records & all logs related to quality procedures, such that they
are easily identifiable and easily retrievable.
o Directing, monitoring and coordinating, construction and pre-commissioning activities in
accordance with daily / monthly schedules.
o Monitoring all on-going civil activities and making daily, weekly and monthly report.
o Involving activities such as Inspecting site, Material, Manpower and equipment planning for
daily work activities.
o Conducting progress meeting in site with Site Teams.
o Reporting Site Progress to the department heads & Project Management Team.
o Prepare and guide workers to work at site maintaining health and safe environment.
o Supervising and assuring that the construction is as per the final issued drawings and project
specifications as per program.
o Planning of construction activities on site in a daily basis.
o Conducting meeting with consultant & Clients for work progress.
o Site management for all civil works and ensure that the work is as per the project specifications.
o Co-ordination with sub-contractors for the smooth flow of work.
o Monthly payments and invoice preparations and make approvals from consultants.
o Managing team to ensure delivery of design in compliance to quality, time and budget.
o Preparing weekly and monthly progress report, monitoring and scheduling of manpower.
o Preparing of client bills, sub contractor’s bills and certify the same.
