Lead the implementation of training, housekeeping and process improvement in
assigned machine group mainly for wire drawing and bunching processes.
* Manage the role and responsibilities of a “Production Supervisor” independently as and
when assigned by Management.
* Always set an example by running the machine at specified output to meet production
target.
* Performed quality checks on product to ensure conformance and provided feedback in
case of any deviations.
* Monitored machine condition and performance to provide continuous feedback to
maintain required output of the process.
* Maintained production and quality records to maintain traceability of process
* Support and assist manufacturing engineering team to achieve continuous
improvement.
* Maintain 6S to promote and sustain a high level of productivity and safety throughout
the work cell.
* Supported manufacturing engineering team in developing new product at work area.
* Support to maintain cross-training plans assigned by management.
* Support manufacturing team to implement new concepts at work area such as “Lean
Manufacturing”.
Job Description as (Cell Leader):
* Keeping and updating records and information related to Production Dept.
* Co-ordinating with Commercial, Technical and Logistic Department to ensure smooth
operations throughout the production and distribution life of a cable product
* Preparing the forecast
* Issuing Bill of Material and other supporting paperwork
* Monitoring raw materials
Operating low speed and high-speed lines, automatic Machines with hydraulic,
pneumatic and PLC control.
* Smooth, continuous and safe running of machines including calibration of varying sizes
of Lami tubes as per requirements
* Attending quality related problems
* Attending Mechanical breakdowns and managing repair
* Machine maintenance & periodical weekly checking.
