• Directing and managing the overall Project Quality & HSE Management.

ADNOC - ZADCO (ZAkum Development COmpany) for a comprehensive project named MOSAICS (Modernization Of SCADA and Instruments Control System) Supply, Engineer, Test, Commission and start up an Experion PKS Process Knowledge System to improve Plant Safety, maximize ROCE through long-term increased production. ADGAS & Saudi ARAMCO projects. Responsibilities:
• Successfully managed the overall Project QHSE Management for Large scale Oil & Gas EPC Projects in the Middle East Region.
• Ensured Development, Implementation and Effective operation of the Integrated Quality, Health & Safety Management Systems addressing all stages of Total Project Management and Continual Improvement.
• Assured Effective implementation of Company's Strategic intent, Policies, Objectives, Procedures in compliance to ADNOC's requirements, applicable Standards, Regional regulations and guidelines.
• Conducted Quality, Health & Safety Management Systems Internal Audits, identified nonconformities, enforced the initiation of "Effective" Corrective Actions and Preventive Actions, monitored its implementation by verifying & validating through follow-up audits.
