Project and Operation lead for industrial cleaning, pipeline commissioning and over pumping works in Kuwait.
Drive multiple teams to ensure project schedules and deliverables are met as per defined timelines.
Accountable to ensure all work activities are planned and carried out with contracted scope of works, best practices and client obligations.
Manage and oversee projects involving heat exchanger package works including surface preparation, bundle pulling, pipe line cleaning, hydro demolition, fin fan for periodic and turnaround shutdown maintenance in refineries.
Participates as a key member of project preparation calls to outline and complete pre-mobilization customer and contract required documentation, including work plans, schedules, health and safety plans, job hazard analysis sheets, and other items required in the request for proposal and contract.
Manage multiple bid work streams to ensure completion to deadline.
Supporting all aspects for the commercial evaluation, strategy and response to bid requests providing input to industry-leading proposal documents.
Contribute towards proposal compilation ensuring technical, commercial and contractual requirements are considered and responded.

Lead the plant design, development, commissioning, and maintenance of 12 experimental test rigs in liaison with senior Scientists ensuring concordance with research objectives.
Hands-on maintenance of various rotary machinery like centrifugal compressor, axial compressors, reciprocating compressor, screw compressors, diaphragm compressors, centrifugal pump, gearbox, positive displacement pumps etc.
• Diaphragm compressors (Make - PDC Machines)
• Vertical & Horizontal pumps (Make -Lewa, Linc, Eldex)
• Generator packages (Make- Teledyne HMXT)
• Integral geared centrifugal air compressors
Commissioning and start-up of utilities like Hydrogen generators, compressors, Reverse Osmosis units, Furnaces, Analysers.
Applying design standards in and installation of piping & tubing/hose/fitting; fastening; corrosion control; bearing systems; pneumatic controls; and vibration isolation design.
Hands-on expertise in calibration activities of temperature, pressure, flow, weight and noise measurement involving Control valves, Thermal mass flow meters, Pressure regulators, temperature gauges, I/P Converters etc.
Supervise nine-member Operations team working round the clock to ensure maximum utility and safe operation.
Planning, scheduling, Monitoring and execution of breakdown & major overhauling in given time-frame.
Developing maintenance plan, procedure and inspection checklist
Improve availability and reliability of rotary equipments within the design and operating limits through effective planning and mechanical maintenance.
Evaluation of equipment condition monitoring reports (vibration trends, temperature, & oil condition etc.).
Supervise Coordinate and Participate in preventive, corrective and troubleshooting maintenance activities of plant equipment.
Preparation of yearly maintenance plans, RFQ’s & evaluation of vendor technical bids.
Planning, monitoring, and forecasting for new tenders.
Supervision of new test rig commissioning, Inspection & problem-solving.
Provide on-job training to new staff, general technical direction and assistance in plant operation, logistic support, installation and occupational health & safety within the plant.
