PROJECT OFFICE ADMINISTRATION
• Communication and Coordination with Local Govt. Departments
• Overall administration of Project Office’s Affairs and site offices in 7 cities
• Client Contractor Relationship
• Supply Chain Management of Sites’ offices
ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT
• Finalization of Accounts
• MIS Reports of all Cities & Sites
• Budgeted and Working Capital Requirements
FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS
• Liaison with Banks and Financial Institutions.
CORPORATE AND TAX MATTERS
Review of compliance with external law and regulation;
• Board of Investment
• Income Tax and Sales Tax
• Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan
• EOBI and Social Security Matters.

ACCOUNTS MANAGEMENT
• Finalization of Accounts
• MIS Reports of all units
• Budgeted and Working Capital Requirements
• Implementation of ERP software
FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS
• Arranging financing to import and to meet expansion and routine requirements
• Liaison with Banks and Financial Institution to get Financing Facilities.
CORPORATE AND TAX MATTERS
Review of compliance with external law and regulation;
• Income Tax and Sales Tax
• Security & Exchange Commission of Pakistan
• EOBI and Social Security Matters.
MIS MANAGEMENT & FINANCIAL ANALYST
Prepare management analysis monthly/quarterly/annual and
• Presents Financial Statements & Budget and suggest directions to move ahead
• Provide Budgeted Working Capital Requirements
• Provide exceptions and various Analysis Reports on MIS
• Budget preparation/financial projections including cash flow statements
Production analysis, Sale analysis & other related MIS Reports
• Making comprehensive financial and analytical reports to highlight the possible problems together with the possible solutions related to manufacturing and promotion of business
• Monitor the income and expenses versus budget, track the variances, recommend corrective actions and follow-up on remedial actions to ensure the adherence to the budget and to support the effective monitoring of performance within the budget
• Initiate and develop reporting and tracking systems
• Train and educate the team members about errors / new system developments
• Correspond with the team in the resolution of ERP issues (roll out and system)
FINANCING ARRANGEMENTS
• Arranging financing to import and to meet expansion and routine requirements
• Liaison with Banks and Financial Institution to get Financing Facilities.
COST ANALYSIST
Responsible of the preparation and finalization of
• Cost Benefit Analysis.
• Production Costing, Costing of Wastages
• Calculation of Job order and Process Costing
• Capacity Utilization and Variance Analysis
• Preparing the reports to decide the inventory levels, re-order levels & order quantities of store items
• MIS and interpret data to suggest ways of cost optimization
Have to design, develop, and implement various strategies to improve the existing costing system and line production, by keeping all proper accounts finance related matters then achieve the company goals
