Responsibilities assigned:
•Reports to the drilling engineering manager and works for the whole drilling team.
•Provides secretarial support to drilling department.
•Prepares presentations for both management and engineering meetings.
•Prepares presentations for QP meetings
•Manages the drilling department filling system.
•Provides technical support including the preparations of graphs, reports and updating databases
•Perform daily administration duties in the drilling office which includes collation and distribution of reports- daily/weekly/monthly drilling reports and drilling programs.
•Updating and maintaining the drilling home page on share point / team site
•Perform day to day tasks on vantage POB.
•Knowledge on SAP

• Perform various clerical, administrative or secretarial duties to 25%
Support requirements and maintain the office functions smoothly on a daily basis.
• Arrange overseas travel, accommodation, & travel as required. Coordinate with out stations for inquiry of reports investigations etc.
• Prepare / distribute correspondences, send faxes, reply to e-mails, Correspondence and all communication messages are monitored, replied

• Process, update and maintain staff various records (attendance/ timesheets, overtime leave application, manuals, training records various passes, visas etc.) in the department. Update & maintain the database.
• Maintain calendar of appointments, ensure invoices / statements are checked for discrepancies & corrective action to be taken. Arrange overseas travel accommodation, & travel as required. Coordinate with out stations inquiry of reports investigations etc.
• Prepare / arrange staff duty accommodation, per diem allowances. Assist in welcoming visitors.
• Monitor office supplies consumption and prepare requisition for replenishment to maintain sufficient supplies and smooth travel papers (exit permit, ticket etc), representative/ visitor’s visa, air tickets, hotel flow of the office operation.
