Managing and administration
Maintains office efficiency
Layouts and equipment procurement
Designs and implements office policies
Leading Marketing and staff Scheduling classes and other programs
Escalation and resolving Students and staff related issues Innovating new marketing trends
Preparing, Leading and conducting Demos, seminars and workshops
Innovating & discussing new training methods
Meeting with Principal, HOD's and Professors
Keeps director board informed
HR functions
Reporting skills
Software used: MS Office, AutoCAD 2D, Adobe Photoshop
Duties:
Counselling enquiries (direct/ through telephone /e mail)
Conveying information regarding their field of interest, educational backgrounds /work experience
Convincing enquiries
Assisting center manager for scheduling batches and assigning teachers.
Preparing and presenting Demonstrations
Preparing admission reports
Innovating new marketing trends and discussing with center manager, submitting to director board.
Collecting feedbacks from enquiries, students and other staffs
Software used : MS Office, AutoCAD 2D, Adobe Photoshop
Duties:
Logging complaints of customers' issues using Company software or giving instructions.
Interacting and convincing customers
Conveying customers' feedback and suggestions to the management
Maintaining a healthy relationship with existing customers while opening up fresh customers.
Supporting sales team in attaining sales targets.
