Evaluation of tender documents / project details, provided by the Client.
• Detailed cost estimation, rate analysis for custom made joinery works.
• Meeting Clients (consultants / contractors / end user) to identify their requirements.
• Cost estimation of Design and build projects, together with the designer and Client’s design
intend.
• Organize & plan assignments as well as other tasks with the Department Head &
Management.
• Bid, review and finalize supplier / sub-contract quotations.
• Quantity take off, preparation of cost estimate and quotation along with compliance,
responsibility matrix, conditions & exclusions.
• Value Engineered proposals to meet client’s budget constrains.
Liaising with clients and engineers onsite as per the project requirements.
• Estimation of quantities, cost of materials, equipment and labour to determine project
feasibility.
• Preparation of RFI
• Project reviews, discussions, estimation and billing.
• Creating PR /PO's & Goods receipt numbers in SAP.
• Handling of Internal and External Invoices.
• Technical report review for data accuracy.
