Job Role:
1.Leading the Finance function for Corporates based in USA : Key responsibility includes-
2.Actively Supporting CFO in Due diligence / sale / acquisitions as and when required.
3.Review and deliver quarterly and monthly analysis of financial statement (P&L, BS, CF) ensuring compliance with US GAAP.
4.Effective use of FP&A models for monthly budget analysis and annual budget preparation.
5.Develop and implement financial controls, policies, and procedures.

Job Role:
1. Actively involved in Initial system set up for multiple take over of small music ventures/Companies and implemented standard COA, process, policies for AP, AR and GL teams align to Group Entities on IFRS Platform
2. Effective implementation of FP&A models for budget implementation and presentation on business analysis
3.Business partnering optimization - communicative, accessible, flexible, lead to measurable results and efficient presentation to CEO and Group Heads for actuals and budget analysis of various small ventures
