Duties and Responsibilities:
• Supervision of Road works such as Temporary Traffic Diversions, Asphalt paving, laying of Road Base, Sub-base and Earthworks. Installation of Kerbstones, Interlocks, Road furniture’s and Traffic Road Signage.
• Witnessing FDT, Evenness Test, Insitu CBR, Sand Relacement, Dipping, Sampling of Soil, Sub base, Road base and RAP/PMB Asphalt, Rolling Straight Edge by Traveling beam, 3m straight edge, International Roughness Index (IRI), Falling Weight Deflector Test (FWDT), Road paint thickness test, Reflectivity test and Skid resistance test etc.
• Supervision of Drainage works including Microtunneling, installation of precast and Insitu manholes, laying of half perforated HDPE, GRP, RC and PVC pipes for Surface Water, Foul Sewer and Potable Water lines. Installation and construction of catch pits, Box-outs, Back Drops & precast gullies. Witnessing Holiday Test, Air Test, Pressure Test and CCTV Test.
• Supervision of Utility works including Protection of existing utilities, installation of road crossing ducts such as EN6, Type-H, UGN, Street Lights, Ooreedoo and TSE pipes. Witness Mandrel Test.
• Strictly Implement Health and Safety Standards, Quality Standards and Government Regulations.
• Preparing Project Daily Report and Closing of INR’s. Raise Site Observations and Raising NCR’s.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Monitoring & Inspecting of all Quality related works such as Execution of construction activities as specified, Coordination of inspection and testing activities together with the third party and client representative on site.
• Invite and Assist client’s representatives on various disciplines for the INR’s raised in daily basis.
• Preparing Method Statements, Inspection Test Plans, Material Submittals, Pre-Qualification and Issuing/ closing of SOR’s, CAR’s and NCR’s.
• Maintaining comprehensive inspection and test records for handing over such as KM Compliance & Undertakings, Warranty & Guarantee Cert., Snags & Document Submittals.
• Ensure that the executed works are carried out smoothly in accordance with the latest approved shop drawings, contract specifications, ITP’s, project method statements & QCS 2010/2014.
• Supervise and monitor various Testing requirements in the site such as Field Density Test (FDT, Dipping, Sampling of Soil, Sub base, Road base and PMB Asphalt, Rolling Straight Edge by Traveling beam, 3m straight edge, International Roughness Index (IRI), Falling Weight Deflector Test (FWDT), Road paint thickness test, Reflectivity test and Skid resistance test, Holiday Test, Air Test, Pressure test, Mandrel Test, Compressive and Tensile test.
• Ensure all measuring, inspection and test equipment used by company project personnel and sub-contractors are duly calibrated and certified as valid for use.
• Prepares pertinent quality control reports on a daily basis and report to the Quality Manager.
• Dealing with internal / third party audits and to comply with the requirements by maintaining the required records for traceability purposes.
• Raising Inspection Notifications Reports (INR) in accordance of site activity with the coordination to the Project /Construction Manager and Site Engineer.
• Coordinate with the Safety Department in all safety related matters for the maintenance of a safe working environment and Reinforcing safety policies and commitment to the safety of all the Work force at all times.
• Resolve quality issues in pragmatic manner at the earliest opportunity for the benefit of the project and Ensure that the client will be satisfied and happy with the progress and quality of work.
•DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢ Review and Analyze all the latest revisions of design drawings and the approved Program of Works(P.O.W) provided by the Design Department.
➢ Ensuring all quality standards of National Structural Code of the Philippines (NSCP) are followed in the site.
➢ Reporting and issue Non Conformance in the site.
➢ Conducting inspections together with the representative of Department of Public Works and Highways(DPWH).
➢ Check and Monitor the delivery of materials and verified it’s quality and quantity.
➢ Closely Monitor daily progress of the project and report regularly to the Provincial Engineer.
➢ Conduct testing activities in the site such as concrete mould compressive strength,
tensile strength, Field compaction and collecting samples of aggregates and materials used in the site.
➢ Prepare and compile all project documentations with traceability for Audit.
