UnlimITed was an IT service company providing IT Support and Implementations with a diverse customer base.
I was responsible for the running of the business, managing the technical staff and working on key projects/ major issues. We were successful by focusing on good customer service, providing technical innovation and developing new skills and services in line with the rapid changes within the global IT industry.
With technical expertise being the core of the business, I was personally in control of the key issues focused on the overall technical development, with particular emphasis on innovation and change management, major projects and customers where a high level of expertise and experience was required.
