• Receive Guests in a professional and friendly manner, exceeding Guest expectation from arrival through to departure
• Maintain effective communication with all related Departments to ensure smooth service delivery

• Ensure that the Guest luggage is carried from arrival point to room and from room to departure point on check out

Driving Sales of the Restaurant and maximizing profit. As well as provide excellent customer service to ensure repeated business.
Assist the Restaurant Manager on all basic and general duties.
Responsible for monitoring Restaurant supplies, purchase and receiving.
Guide customers to their tables, present the menu and answer questions about menu items, making recommendations upon request or inform guests of daily specials.
Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods.
Responsible for bringing of food on the table/room and order-taking.
Performing as a continuous link between the kitchen and the dining room.
Prepare the bill, checks itemize orders and total meal costs.
Stock service areas with supplies such as tableware, linens, sauces etc.
Maintain the cleanliness of the area and whole restaurant amenities.
