DOCUMENTATION EXECUTIVE / CONSULTANT
• Oversees all aspects of visa processing to ensure that the process smoothly.
• Interviews all clients face to face to ensure the suitability of the application.
• Oversees the completion of all relevant visa and immigration documents and ensure that they are received within the time frame set by the government.
• Ensures that all of the information provided by the client is accurate and correct, preparing and checking all legal documents.
• Prepares all fee quotes and any information required by clients, colleagues or authorities
• Maintains strong working relationships with all clients and colleagues
• Trains some HR staff to enhance their understanding of immigration rules to help them to fulfil their roles to a higher level
I. Marketing, Sales and Management
• Manage corporate marketing, and communications functions, overseeing major corporate accounts with an average of 15 locations and more.
• Prioritize Customer Relations Management
• Survey customer’s satisfaction, and requests
• Monthly follow up on clients to ensure credibility of the service.
• Handle big franchise international accounts such as Lillians, Worldwide Photography, Sepia Photos, Zagg, Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs, Innovocaccion Spain, Shoe MGK, IPlay N Talk, NYS Collection, and many more.
• Responsible in informing customers on new features, and upgraded version.
• Coordinate directly with CEO, Vice President, Operations Manager, Programmers, and Developers on request, features to build, and POS bugs to fix.
• Work with Sales on potential leads
• Partnered and work with different Merchant Service Providers and banks for setting up Retail and eCommerce credit card processing
• Knowledgeable in different processors such as : Nashville, FDC, FDCO, Linksys, Vital, Chase Paymentech, Nova, and Global Payments
• Assist current clients in opening new stores.
• Work with Authorize.net in setting up Retail gateway and eCommerce Accounts
• Lead an account management department (3-6 members)
• Select and Train new hires
II. Technology
• Promote technological advice on hardware choice of our clients
• Trained and Skilled on POS setup, troubleshooting Windows based computers, Skilled on setting up different brands of receipt printers, and cash registers
• Knowledgeable in use of Microsoft Office : Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledgeable in use of MailChimp, Authorize.net, Ecommerce, Perkville, and Shopify
• Active in social media: Twitter, Facebook, and Linked In

III. Accounting
• Assist client in their billing inquiry such as service fees and even disputes
• Assist client in choosing and buying hardware
