ICT-Project Engineer at Al-Shaheed Park in Kuwait City:
Duties include:
- Responsible for the L.V systems support in Al-Shaheed Park.
- Active systems maintenance and support such as CCTV, Co2 detection and parking system.
- Network trouble shooting, installation and configuration and Fiber cable, termination and faulty detection.
- IP TV and musical Fountain maintenance in addition to New Kuwait
(i.e. watch out server). Christie/BARCO
- Daily management and support of A/V equipments in Museums (Habitat- Memorial).Quad
- Maintenance and troubleshooting Fire Alarm System (Notifier) and lifting systems.
- Supervise guide, and coach team of supervisors and technicians.
- Assure a safe environment to share with the team the necessary knowledge and create a space for efficient problem detection and resolution and a continuous development.
- Keep up to date the needed documentations for trouble shooting and lesson learned.
- Interaction with clients regarding work orders and PPM records through meetings facilitation and regular stand up meetings.
- Subcontracts supervision through planning and monitoring to assure a quality output to satisfy clients’ requirement within agreed SLA (OTIS and Mitsubishi).

2. Resolve any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise at any time.
3. Plan and schedule the work and efficiently organize the site / facilities in order to meet an agreed program of deadlines.
4. Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of materials and to advise on technology and modifications required for a simpler and cost saving mechanism.
5. Make a feasibility study assessing what has been carried out and what is expected to be completed as per schedule.
6. Coordinate with clients and project manager and prepare periodical reports on the progress of work via meetings.
7. Review and complete all check and snag lists.
Responsible for oversight of designing, developing, installing, managing and maintaining equipment which is used to monitor and control engineering systems.
Such as:
Public address and Intercom system.
Audio/Video systems.
Access Control System.
Network management system.
IP telephony systems (i.e. Avaya).
Passive components and Structure cabling.
BMS and Fire alarm systems.
Office boy call system.
-Manage project's Disbursements.
-Track the expenditures associated with the project.
-Make a feasibility study assessing what has been carried out and what is expected to be completed as per schedule.
-Manage and supervise Project's activities according to client's specifications.
-Make sure project meets HSE policy.
-Maintain the PPM within time frame.
-Hold a weekly meeting with staff for work progress and discuss possible improvements in time, effort and costs.
Low Voltage Engineer:
-Supervised and guided supervisors and foreman in:
1-Network cable installation (cat6, UTP) and Fiber cable installation, termination and faulty detection.
2-Cameras configuration and NVR/DVR installation.
3-Access Control and card reader upgrade.
4-SAT IF and CCTV installation.
Second Line Business Solution;
Handling technical issues related to i-phone, i-pad, USB, Android Phones, Black Berry's connection problems with Emails setup. Also handling ADSL connectivity problems and configuration of Vodafone Huawei Routers, and assigning real IP's in ADSL Vodafone's routers and 3G Routers.
I got very good with degree of honor for entire educational year in row. Got certificates for three years as recognition for my degree. Got a distinction degree in my graduation project.
