• Responsible for talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
• Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, Induction and training programs.
• Maintaining various HR-related data in regards to Employees overall details.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems.
• Administers various human resource plans and procedures for all organization personnel; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains the employee handbook and the policies and procedures manual.
• HR policy development and documentation in line with the company’s corporate vision.
• Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics.
• Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form Administering compensation and benefit plans.
• Dealing with employees at all level.
• Handle employee complaints, grievances and disputes.
• Conducting various Employee engagement activities.
• Taking care of Reward & recognition activity in the company.
• Administer employee discipline processes.
• Review and update employee rules and regulations.

• Responsible for Office layout, cleaner's supervision, maintenance
• Organization Events preparation and coordination
• Following up on company stationery stock and procurement

Duties:
• Supervising all project functions (design, supply, and apply for all lighting fixtures).
• Follow up and coordinate between projects team to get work done appropriately.
• Providing regular reports about project work progress.
