Business Support Manager - Franchise Department
- Study Franchise requests
- Prepare agreements and MOUs
- Monitor the existing Franchisees
- Managing company’s biggest portfolio of accounts covering following sales areas: the CIS countries, Europe, LATAM countries, North, West and Central Africa
- Using an existing network of industry contacts to generate new business
- Building a 'territory' mainly targeting North, West and Central Africa
- Maintaining and expanding customer base; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities
- Attending client meetings
- Maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients
- Negotiating with clients, solving any problems and making sure deadlines are met
- Achieving regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; completing audits; identifying trends; determining regional sales system improvements
- Meeting regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual travel budget; scheduling expenditures
- Establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan
- Recommending product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
- Updating job knowledge by reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
- Understand client needs and specifications; coordinate with the technical division, the legal
advisor and the sales team, in order to prepare the tender and the client contract
- Coordinate with the technical division and the sales team to analyze client response
(acceptance or rejection) in order to update the client database
- Coordinate and follow up with Operations and Logistics in order to ensure that items are delivered as per the schedule
- Follow up with new and active clients in order to collect on time due amounts
- Anticipate and analyze client complaints and follow up with concerned parties causes analysis and problems resolutions in a professional manner to enable assurance to customers that
problems will not re-occur
- Provide clients with product knowledge to ensure maximum use of facilities and complete customer satisfaction
- Participate in CRM implant process in order to automate the customer care process
- Maintain a database of clients through regular follow up of problems and queries and customer periodical research, and amend customer information as needed with close coordination with the Marketing Department
- Secure internal information/price/competition with close coordination with the Marketing

- Consolidate and develop the work of the Show Room towards financial sustainability
- Develop and manage the financial and operational systems
- Manage the accounts, pricing and procurement
- Handle sales, follow up the relation with customers and develop the clientele base
- Develop cooperation and provide technical assistance to suppliers (women cooperatives)
- Work collaboratively with the Women Economic Empowerment team and contribute to the general development of WEEP and CRTD.A action
