Working as part of a busy Marketing team involved in annual & quarterly tactical
Planning, scheduling & also delivery across multiple media. Responsible for ensuring
that promotional activity is targeted, effective in attracting potential customers.

Duties:
Good understanding of methods to assess marketing. Experience in being involved in multiple marketing campaigns in parallel.
Ability to work in a fast paced and evolving sales environment.& Ability to troubleshoot independently Planning & implementing marketing activities across all online &offline channels &Setting up new marking strategies & Generating sales leads.
Managing customer relationships. Logging and progressing all new leads potential sales enquiries.
Writing new marketing material & website content.
Assisting with campaign building, press releasing & promotional copy production.
Making sales calls and handling enquiries from potential customers.
Carrying out routine administrative duties like photocopying and filing etc.
Writing reporting and briefing papers and Dealing with incoming emails, faxes, post & social media & Involved in the online, web and email marketing campaigns.
Managing and production of marketing materials-LinkedIn, face book, Blog …..
Maintaining and updating customer databases.
Responsibility for hands on interaction within social media presences (Face book, LinkedIn ect.)
Producing board meeting papers, agendas, and facilities for meetings.
Promoting a professional image of the company.
Analyses & produce reports on data provided by customers.

Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects on national and international cities.
Identify key niche clientele within these prospects to determine budget and timeline.
Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
Work with the Sales team to develop and grow the sales pipeline to consistently meet quarterly revenue goals.
Integral the bringing in new account for company as well as maintaining positive relation with existing clients.
Manage data for new and prospective clients .
Call & set-up appointments on daily basis, and meet pre-defined set of prospective clients on daily basis Responsible for new client acquisition, building new relationships and increasing depth in existing relationships with clients
Responsible for primarily selling Equity based investment products on field.
Pre-Qualification, looking for potential agents for the company (negotiation, discussing, finalizing & legalizing), looking for new potential clients.
Approval of Company from all ADNOC, SONATRACH, KOC, KNPC, QP Group Companies, for product and services to the new client acquisition through your efforts.
Segregate the names of all ADNOC, SONATRACH, KOC, KNPC, QP Group Companies representatives available with us, pursue each company individually.
Leading to initiation of vendor registration & approval process with respective companies.
Coordination of meeting with ADNOC, SONATRACH, KOC, KNPC, QP Group Companies offices for aforementioned purpose, including pretentions if necessary & solicitation for factory visit if required for the approval process also coordinating between our Clients & the proposal team .

Reportes:
Daily report of number of companies & respective persons contacts, statues & follow -up remark in Excel format.
Weekly summary of all companies, leads and tasks achieved during the week.
