EXPORT OPERATIONS
General Cargo Acceptance & checking, Build-up, Checklist, Documentations & Manifestation, including Post Office Mails.
100% X-Ray screening on all Cargoes & Post Office Mails every flight, including Personal Effects & Human Remains.
Storing Cargoes to designated racks/bin.
Preparing of NOTOC (NOTIFICATION-TO-CAPTAIN) for Special Cargoes, Live Animals & Dangerous Goods on board.

IN-HOUSE AND RESERVATIONS
Post flight updating, AMS/FHL, FWB, FFM, & sending downloaded cargo pictures for agent’s shipment monitoring.
Cargo bookings, tracking & monitoring using VTM & RX LIVE systems, also giving flight information for clients (Manila- Singapore - various destinations)
Sending pre-alerts & telexes on flight irregularities.
AIRLINE IMPORT REPRESENTATIVE - (Singapore Airlines Cargo)
Handles import section; Monitors unloading of bulk cargoes from hold 5 door of the aircraft to prevent mixed loaded from baggage.
Storing cargoes to assigned racks/bin to avoid mixing from other cargoes.
Escorting all cargoes from ramp to cargo terminal.
Checking & monitoring of cargo unloading & breakdown from ULDs & escorting from terminal to warehouse-including VAL, Transshipments, Terminal Releases (T/R) & Transfer Under Guard (TUG).
Tracing Irregularities & preparing Inbound Handling Report (IHR) every flight.
Sending Damaged & Irregularity reports through RX Live telexes every flight.
Performs minor and major maintenance checks, fabrication and inspection in accordance with approved manuals.
Performs structural repair work on aircraft damages in accordance with work specification, repair manuals, engineering publication and manufacturer’s specifications.
Performs removal/installation, repairs, replacement and modification of aircraft removable component and other related removable parts during aircraft maintenance lay-over.
Obtains all necessary hand tools that will pursuant to the assigned task.
Performs proper storing of hand tools after used.
Maintains a clean and neat working areas at all times and follows all company safety rules and regulations.
