-Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation

-supports HR staff by gathering employee information and files for their review
-compile a variety of reports. This can include weekly, monthly and yearly reports for other departments
Resolve customer problems promptly and accurately.
-Provide technical assistance to office staffs as needed.
-Assist in software and hardware upgrades
-Add or update workstations for office staffs.
-Perform routine PC maintenance and updates for performance efficiency.
-Assist in maintaining Internet service, firewalls, and telephone systems.
