The treasurer is responsible in processing the requisition for the purchase of the supplies that are needed for the preparation for the Graduation Ceremony. • Managing Editor from A.Y. 2018-2019; 2019-2020(Official University Publication of Adventist University of the Philippines – University Voice). - Handles financial matters and serve as the official treasurer of the publication. - Take charge of the safekeeping, collection, and disbursement of funds. - Keep a complete and accurate record of all receipts and expenditures of the publication. - Prepare the budget of the publication in collaboration with the members of the Editorial Board. - Prepare the financial reports of the publication.
