OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ROLE
• Coordinate and Negotiate to all vendors/supplier to attain all possible discount rates and best quotation for our office requirements.
• Preparing offer letter, employee contract, salary certificate, N.O.C. and other business correspondence.
• Answering telephone, provides information, takes and relays messages and/or direct calls to the appropriate personnel and makes outgoing calls if necessary.
• Receive and log all incoming documents, communication and letters and distributed to the concerned person.
• Monitoring daily attendance records of individual employees.
BASIC ACCOUNTING ROLE
• Responsible for computing individual employee’s payroll and salary transfer.
• Works on accounts such as; Expenses Reimbursement, Employee Final Settlement, Office Payables, External Expenses, Reoccurring Expenses and bills.
• Working on Invoices, Quotation, Purchase Order and Fixed assets
PRO ASSISTANT ROLE
• Arranges and maintain employee working visa, visa cancellation, labor and immigration, company lease and licensing renewal.
• Organizes meetings with existing and potential clients seeking for local sponsorship.
• Screen telephone calls and respond to queries.
• Maintain & Up-date all the records / files.
• Prepare monthly report for the company expenses.
• Responsible for the replenishment of petty cash.
• Provides secretarial support to the administrative office through records keeping and file management.
• Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
