• Undertake routine telephone enquiries in connection with visa applications and deal professionally with all customers, weather by telephone or in person, ensuring that people are treated fairly and responding sensitively to differences
• Carrying out AD Hoc administrative tasks as and when required
• Checking printed vignettes, sticking and embossing vignettes
• Dispatching processed applications to the Visa Application Center
• Filling processed applications ( approved and refused )
• Over all in charge for Kuwait Airways Holiday counter ticketing and reservation
• Over see counter staffs sales productivity
• Resolve disputes with passengers and give appropriate coaching guidelines and training for counter staff
• Collaborate with travel agencies in the arrangement and actualization of group travel packages
• Formulate Kuwait Airways Holidays office procedure for ISO certification
• Active participation in Travel Fairs and Exhibitions to promote the Company’s latest offers
