•Process inbound deliveries as per the daily schedule.
•Plan and allocate manpower as per the work volume.
•Ensure that the article and the quantity being received are accurate to avoid wrong claim to vendor.
•Finalize and complete the work batch and shift in system on daily basis.
On-time processing and dispatching of deliveries to and customers
•Maximize vehicle/container space utilization (fill rate).
•Perform perpetual inventory on daily basis and conduct investigation on the differences
•Investigate warehouse claims and determine root cause of claims.
•Conduct Y-Y analysis if there’s a need to and participate in the process improvement projects like KAIZEN.
•Take leadership on annual stock take.
•Ensure and follow Standard Operating Procedure in each area of warehouse operation.
•Establish standardize work instructions(WI's), determine cycle time, and productivity
•Provide leadership by establishing clear expectations, demonstrating high standard of work practices, safety and health in the workplace
•Train the staff and monitor if they are performing as the SOP, WI's and achieving their target productivity and quality of work.
•Monitor the performance and activities in the operations/warehouse through the use of KPI's. Ensure achievement of set daily KPI performance
•Initiates daily warehouse tour(GEMBA) to ensure that warehouse issues were being raise/address, communicated, informed to the team and corrective actions were taken place.
•In-charge of VAS (value added services) area and ensure that everything is done as per the set standards.
•Serves as back-up for Quality Controller in site.
•Lead the team in safety, quality and housekeeping activities daily at workplace
• In charge of Inventory Control plans and procedures
• Ensure stock is properly binned / tagged.
• Constantly review the ABC classification of Stocks
• Conducting inventory audits/designing systems for better inventory management
• Resolve discrepancy in stock on day to day basis
• Follow-up with IT & Finance regarding stock written off
Presenting & Reviewing Inventory Reports
• Daily Transaction verification Report
• High Value and High Consumption Items Verification Report
• Slow moving & Non Moving reporting
• Scrap Sales Reporting
• Perpetual inventory verification.
• Annual Inventory plan and schedule
Manage a team including workload, motivation, training & appraisals.
• Keep Manager updated on day to day matters
• Plan & inform subordinates regarding stock takes.
• Keep inventory of non-saleable stock in separate locations.
• Develop procedures to control discrepanc
•Ensures that all orders approved are dispatched, delivered and served within given time
•Updates and answers issues and concerns to customers and clients
•Prepares delivery schedule.
•Ensures the completeness of documents used in Al Yousuf LLC
•Ensures the all movements of stocks of Al Yousuf LLC are documented
•Checks the billing charged by truckers and forwarders to Al Yousuf
•In charge of the transferring of stocks to 3PL.
•Ensures the availability of truck.
•Prepare invoice / packing list for export documents
•Prepare Exit documents for re-export goods.
•Acknowledged Stock Receipt Voucher.
•Conduct Cycle Count and reconciles variances.
•Preparing MIS Report.
