• Follow up, collect and dispatched of Medical Insurances cards.
• Prepare, follow up Delivery Notes for IT equipment.
• Handling Insurance cards of all workers going on vacation & return cards upon their arrival.
• Preparing Ipro Id/Access card for new employees.
• Request Building access card for new employees.
• Assist Admin Manager for copying, scanning and filling of documents.
• Keeping records and updating files.

HR & PRO DEPARTMENT
• Maintaining updated records of Employees personal files.
Monitoring Leave application of employees and passport releasing.
• Monitoring Security pass expiry details based on Security Pass list of All Employees.
• Monitoring Security pass request from sites.
• Maintaining updated records of ATM Card Replacement & distribute.
• Disposal of employees related documents
• Maintaining updated records of Employees personal files.
• Monitoring Security pass expiry details based on Security Pass list of All Employees.
• Monitoring Security pass request from sites.
• Maintaining updated records of ATM Card Replacement & distribute.
• Disposal of employees related documents
• Emirates ID, Warning letter, Security passes
• Labor cards, Labor cancellation, Labor contract
• Insurance cards, Labor application, ATM Cards
• Maintain a file log system of Transmittal for easy tracking of documents.
• Response to email requesting details of employees:
• Passport copy
• Visa copy
• Labor card copy
• Emirates ID copy
• Security Pass details/copy
• Insurance card
• Photo
• Editing and printing requested photos/CD’s
• Keeping attendance records & whereabouts of Auh PRO.
PREPARES PRESENTATION, INVITATION CARDS, COMPANY FOLDER & NOTE PAD DESIGN AS PER GENERAL MANAGERS REQUEST
In charge for MRR, MOV, DPR, Time Sheet Equipment’s & Monthly Inventory for Abu Dhabi sites & Mussafah Warehouse.
Preparing monthly MRR & MOV Cut off.
Receiving of Suppliers Delivery Notes.
Received, sorted out and forwarded incoming mails and all documents from Abu Dhabi site & Mussafah store to the department concerned.
Preparing internal Document Exchange.
Preparing Company Annual Presentation and Company Invitations.
Preparing Daily Attendance & Incoming Calls report of Abu Dhabi office.
Receiving visitors, monitoring & answering calls.
Works under the supervision of the Golf Course Manager.
Schedules Tee times for all the golf club members &walk in guest.
Answers telephone and responds to inquiries.
In charge for hiring of Golf Clubs, Golf Cars, Golf shoes etc.
Schedules Golf Lesson.
Receives and responds to complaints from golfers.
Using excellent customer service skill’s, establishes and maintains effective working relationships with other employees and all members of the golf club.
Works a varied schedule to include evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Prepare monthly Inventory of Golf Club Pro Shop stocks.
