2. Perform strategic procurement activities across multiple categories, search for better stock deals, and find more profitable suppliers.

3. Conduct market research and competitors’ behavior analysis to remain updated about emerging trends and business opportunities.

4. Communicate, liaise, and negotiate with different business functions, with Finance, IT, Warehouse, Marketing and Customer Service while developing and implementing the commercial online strategy, budget, and online marketing.

5. Optimize the online sales through effective range planning considering and constantly reviewing category growth opportunities, trends, and stock procurement strategies.


6. Work with warehouse and inventory team to drive stock efficiency across all channels by controlling the ecommerce stock holding and availability whilst optimizing the B2C online sales.

- Interpret daily basis price changes in to the store level, to provide accurate prices of the regular and promotional items.

- Optimized data collection procedures and generated reports on daily, weekly, and monthly.

-Providing daily sales summary report by items, and store stocks adjustment.

- Compiled, organized, and conduct statistical analysis on business by performing a system-theoretic process to identify the issue (problem) of the item.

- Documenting the types of the items base on the system attributes, e.g. type of the item (Component or regular), source method of the item if (DSD or WHS), store status of the item if active or in-active and etc...

-Collaborating to the inventory controller to adjust any over stocks or negative stocks into the system.

-Identify the root cause of the store shrink, by conducting system and physical stocks checking. And provide a justification for losses if needed.

-Informing the commercial team (buyers) for any issues of the item. Especially the costing and selling price of the item.

- Conduct Monthly (For Fresh Items) and Quarterly Inventory (For supermarket items and Home center Items). And identify the gain and losses of the store.

- Maintaining the stores availability of the item into the store. By advising which are the out of stocks items and over stocks items, based on the store cluster (tiers) And suggest min/max for new items, new inner size, and upload at the system.

-Manage the store orders, by coordinating to the suppliers, mapping the stocks to the warehouse, and create an allocation of stocks base on the store needs.
