with PCSB for Tembungo B platform.

Recommend & evaluate suitable
Jack Up rig for Sangga Tiga to invest based on technical & commercial suitability. Proposing budget,
schedule, vendors & contractors for any rig upgrades, recertification, refurbishment, etc. Support
bidding & tendering exercise by providing technical & commercial input.

Reactivated Hydraulic Workover Unit, AP-101 and prepared the unit for contract execution. Successfully executed and delivered AP- 101 maiden Plug & Abandon contract with Petronas Carigali in 2020 and her second P&A contract with Repsol Malaysia in 2022. Main tasks include crewing up, equipment and parts readiness and ensuring the work executed safely and efficiently, meeting Client requirement

Providing consultancy services in relation to drilling rig inspection, drilling rig preparation for operation and tendering exercise

Responsible for planning, coordinating and executing the storage of 3 land rig packages including the camps into the storage yard at the end of rigs contract. The project involves generating CAD block drawings, yard space management and offloading of 200 plus trailer loads of 3 land rig packages into 15, 000 m2 open yard.

Overseeing the turnkey construction project of two new build jack up rigs, NAGA 2 & NAGA 3 as well
as marketing and tendering for the rig. Identify and procure rig inventories, spares and rig crews.
Preparing both NAGA 2 and NAGA 3 contract with HESS, Petronas Carigali and Hoang Long JOC respectively including documentations, rig equipment/materials/spares, crew and mobilizations to well locations. OEM 5 yearly Recertification of Drilling Equipment and 5 yearly Class Special Periodical Survey. Managing 5 units of jack up rigs (NAGA 2, NAGA 3,
NAGA 4, NAGA 5 and NAGA 7) under warm stack status. Ensuring day to day warm stack activities
and periodical routine maintenance works conducted, managing each MODU’s budget and ensuring adherence to the approved budget, managing the rig and personnel in compliance with Company/oilfield policies and procedures and promoting and supporting the HSE activities.

Provide technical support to Smith in house Sales department and Client on rock bit & PDC bit selection & applications throughout Asia Pacific regions.
Feeding back the bit run performance to Smith in house design team for product improvement and development.

On the job training on Tender Assisted Drilling Rig, Teknik Berkat from the position of Painter up to Trainee Driller levels. Undertake the refurbishment and conversion of semi- submersible rig into semi tender assisted rig in Galveston, Texas. Assist and/ or represent Rig Manager in his absent in managing
daily drilling operation and liaising with Client

Undertake the construction of Jacket and Module of Bunga Kekwa- A at Sime Sembawang Yard in Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia.

Understudy the Construction of Malaysia - Singapore Second Crossing under a Young Engineer Training Program (YETP) jointly organized by Linkedua (M) Berhad, Shimizu Corporation and University Technology of Malaysia.
