Keeping custody of barangay funds and properties
Collecting and issuing official receipts for taxes, fees, contributions, monies, materials and all other resources accruing to the barangay treasury and deposit the same accounted to the barangay.
Submit different allocations of the barangay appropriations.
Preparing the monthly payroll voucher and checks for the barangay officials and all the other barangay workers.
Posting of information related to project bidding and product procurement.

Interaction with customers by promoting the products offered and encouraging them to avail promotions.
Taking orders and communicating needed stocks to the Sales Office.
Providing the ordered items to the customers and processing receipts.
Handling of customer complaints or requests.
Performing product inventory.
