Duties and Responsibilities:
Project: Lower Fars Heavy Oil (LFHO) Development Program Phase-1
- lead a group of QC-Civil at Ahmady Site ensuring that daily QC task are carried out by the team and verify its status before generating a report for the QC Manager.
- Keeping the records in order in preparation for dossier submittal.
- Checks and reviews the plans and specifications for the proper construction and quality implementation at job site, perform pre-inspection to ensure that all installed materials are within the standard in conformance to applicable drawings and specifications
- Performs/Witness civil and structural inspections and tests.
- Attend QC audits
Duties & Responsibilities;
Project : Construction of Navy Boat Launching Facility, Kenya Navy Base, Mombasa, Kenya
- Strictly implement project quality control plan
- Manage and oversight overall construction activities to meet schedule within budget.

Project : Construction of buildings using composite material of light gauge steel and aerated concrete
technology
- Strictly implement project quality control plan
- Manage and supervise crew for the construction/erection of buildings, reports progress to the
Project Manager
- Lead technical staff to evaluate cost effective ways with reference to construction methodologies,
and appropriate product to use without compromising quality and project requirements.
Iraq
Duties & Responsibilities;
Project : First Commercial Production (FCP) Facility Garraf, Iraq
- Discuss with Construction team in preparation of procedures, method statements, inspection
and test plans and project quality related requirements.
- Conduct inspection of raw materials, bought out items and review of Material Test Certificates
(MTC) and check its compliance with the specifications.
- Raises NCR’s as necessary to highlight deficiencies.
- Follow-up on actions needed to close-out NCR’s.
- Participates in audits as required.
Afghanistan
Duties & Responsibilities;
Project : Construction of various soldiers billeting, communications and medical building, security
structures, site development and roads
- Ensures that each construction activity complies with the requirements of the
Consultants/Clients and the Company Quality Management System (QMS).
- Discuss with Construction team in preparation of procedures, method statements, inspection
and test plans and project quality related requirements.
- Make quantity take-off of material for bidding and for construction (site works, roads,
concreting, building, etc.)
- Make a detailed schedule of works using MS project
- Reviews daily progress of work, and determines best methods to enhance production efficiency
Duties & Responsibilities;
Project : Construction of overall site development/roads, Ammunition Storage Point at airport, and two
large vehicle repair facilities, water bottling facility and sangars.
- Ensures that each construction activity complies with the requirements of the
Consultants/Clients and the Company Quality Management System (QMS).
- Prepare plans/designs base from ITT documents. Evaluates tender documents (RFP/RFQ) to
generate a competitive bid estimate
- Make quantity material take-off for bidding and for construction (site works, roads, concreting,
building, etc.)
- Oversight construction of large spans portal frame buildings for various industrial applications
for UK and US forces
- Supervise construction of roads, culverts, site development, force protection towers (sangars),
blast walls (concrete and Hesco). Lead engineer for the construction of two crane facility
structures use for repair of large military vehicles.
Duties & Responsibilities;
Project : Supply of valves and pressure pipes for Mactan Rock water facility.
- Implement Quality Control checks for all materials supplied by the company
- Make site visit to ensure that product installation procedure is correct.

- Oversee construction of above projects ensuring quality of work meets or exceeds requirement
while keeping cost within budget and time.
- Implement strict safety procedures at work, monitors daily progress
- Prepare quantity take-off & scheduling for other projects undertaken by the company, ensure
bid documents are incompliance to the client’s requirement.
- Directly oversight the installation of plumbing system within the building plus the provision for
firefighting equipment.
- Prepare billing documents & assist cost control engineer evaluate progress of work and running
cost of the project.
- Monitors sub-contractors performance, quality of work and safety, secure invoices prior to final
payment.
