Senior Internal Auditor

Review internal policies and procedures and provide feedback to management.-
-Develop audit programs / plans in accordance with the internal audit standards after getting Board of Directors approval.
Develop questionnaire for each department to ensure the efficiency and the risk reduction.-
-Assessing control and process performance, coordinate internal control audits, execute testing, report on results, and recommend solution. Coordinate with appropriate management staff in implementing approved corrective and preventive majors to clean up and insure risk-free accounting or management practices.
-Provide monthly progress reports and compare it to the previous submitted and approved annual schedule.
-Conduct periodic audit on the company's financial systems and procedures, financial statements, and internal managements control to ensure compliance with legal requirements and corporate policies.
Attend the Board of Director's meetings and discuss internal audit reports and plans.-
