Adopt approved work procedures and methodologies and enforce QA/ QC and safety procedures.Interface with client representatives, consultants, subcontractors and other disciplines to discuss plus resolve matters such as work procedures, complaints and construction problems.Monitor effective selection and requisition of materials; plan the work accordingly to meet agreed deadlines.Implement section works as per approved work procedure and quality manual.Verify and certify subcontractor’s measurements as per contract; discuss discrepancies in drawings with engineering department.Serve as key participant in project meetings; analyze bottle necks to achieve milestones consistent with the project planned schedule.
Oversee construction efforts to ensure project is constructed according to design, budget and schedule. Knowledgeable in piping works, tankages and structural works.Prepare work procedures/ method statements according to technical specifications and identify suitable construction methods based on the same.Direct complete project activities including planning resources with the Planning department, target setting, job allocation, preparing material requisitions and site coordination.
