•Technical support to all campuses at various stages of development; budgeting, Specifications, material selection, tendering, execution, supervision, closing-out, handover process etc.

•Monitor and manage the Operation and maintenance of all the College Facilities and ensure smooth functioning of MEP system in the campus.
•Provide Professional and Technical support to College Director & Administration department.
•Liaising, coordination and follow up with Local Authorities and Central services for all facilities projects and operations.
•Ensure efficient operation of the external and service contractors within the Campus.
•Preparation of Design drawings, sketches, specifications, etc for various projects and college activities.
•Preparation of tender documents, tender analysis and negotiations for various projects.
•Monitor and manage the available resources and set up for various external and internal events at the college.
•Leading and supervising college facilities staff and service contractors on campus.
