• Create sales action plans and design marketing materials for both web and print, ensuring brand alignment.

Develop, implement & monitor annual strategic brand plan including proper management of allocated budget.
Monitoring brand availability and sales and being proactive on factors affecting the brand sales and market share performance.
Effective management of brand advertising and sales promotion to generate brand growth.
Regular and continuous monitoring of brand costs and profitability and recommend areas for improvement.
Prepare monthly brand expenditure and variance report to control budgeted expenditure.
Plan and implement brand media strategy.
Market intelligence through regular trade visits and utilizing this to enhance brand activities.
Interaction with Regional Brand (where applicable) liaisons to give updates on
implementation of Brand strategic plans.

* Develop trade marketing plans for SHD activities. 

* Work closely with commercial team to implement merchandising
guidelines across 
retail and HORECA channels in line with supplier
guidelines. 

* Contribute & Supervise measurements evaluation of key initiatives &
KPIs 

* Assist in forecasts marketing campaign growth and ROI for marketing
campaigns 

* Develop brand plans and activation calendars in line with agreed
budgets
* Advice operational platform related to merchandisers/routing/related
reports as long 
as assisting in implementation.

• Ensure proper implementation of POSM and local initiatives

• Manage the stock situation at the Regie to avoid the OOS or Overstocking
• Update the MMB, IMS, price structure and Budget on Monthly basis
• Negotiate and make deals with all channels

• Set yearly marketing budget
