• Evaluate Rest. Managers/Assistants/ team members performance and develop action plans to improve performance. Motivate them thru recognition of their performance.
• OPERATIONAL FOCUS: Customer service, Food quality, Sanitation and cleanliness.
• SALES: Increase Sales thru Local store marketing, Service, Quality.
• COST OF SALES: Ensure proper food management using prescribed
Brand and company standards, corporate controls.
• COST OF LABOUR: Maximize productivity thru effective scheduling, well training and motivation of team members.
• PROFIT: Ensure profit is achieved or exceeds budgeted percentage.
