• Achieved a 100% in-principle approval rate across 10 concurrent VARA licensing applications as the sole regulatory lead, serving as the
primary interface between clients, VARA, and all regulatory stakeholders, including authority correspondence and permit/license
applications.
• Sole finance function for the company. Built and submitted a 5-year regulatory-grade financial forecast and business plan exceeding
$10M+ to VARA, owning all financial projections, budgeting, and business-wide reviews.
• Oversaw all legal and contractual matters, reviewing and negotiating 400+ agreements across clients, NDAs, partnerships, and regulatory
engagements; built and manage a portfolio of 20+ strategic partnerships including supporting business development and
ecosystem growth.
• Built and directly manage a team of 8 across business development/partnerships, accounting, operations, and executive support;
delivered the end-to-end launch of a near $1.5M flagship space (One Central, DWTC) from inception to opening in 6 months.

• Operated as a national-level compliance and client resource across TD Canada Trusts Canadian network, supporting branches
coast-to-coast on KYC reviews, CRS/FATCA documentation, complaint handling, and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborated cross-functionally to ensure accurate, timely client data reporting and full regulatory compliance across a high-volume
national portfolio.
• Overhauled complaint handling and CRS/FATCA documentation processes, improving regulatory adherence and operational efficiency
across the network.

• Delivered client-focused banking solutions across personal and investment products; earned the TD Bravo Award twice consecutively
(Q4 2020, Q1 2021), awarded to fewer than 5%of employees nationally, before being promoted to a national compliance function within
18 months.
