• Provide installation, setup, calibration, repair and maintenance of state-of-the art semiconductor assembly equipments, instrumentation/controls, computer aided equipments and controls with specialty of ASM AB309/309A, ESEC 3006/FX, KNS 1488 and 8020-8028 wire bonders, ESEC 2006 & 2007 Die Bonders, micro-processor and/or PLC based control system.

• Provide corrective and preventive maintenance schedules, routines, checklists and specifications of dicing FOL equipments dicing saw, die attach, inspection systems and wire bonding equipments used for semiconductor IC assembly and packaging.

• Provide technicians and operators training and seminars for basic operations, maintenance, out-of-control action plans for them to be effective in their responsibilities.

• Continuously generate projects and innovations for machines enhancement for optimum utilization, yield, and overall equipment efficiency.

• Provide last line of defense of maintenance when technicians and associate engineers cannot resolve problems by themselves. Board and Device level troubleshooting.

• Responsible for installation, calibration, repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, instrumentation and controls for copper smelting and refining operations. SCADA, DCS, RTUs, MCC (Motor Control Centers), servomotors, speed controllers, pressure, level, flow, temperature control systems. Motor/Load ratings for Copper Smelting and Refining Operations.

• Calibration of toxic gas / fluids PPM analyzers and detection.

• Power Plant Substation maintenance of 1-10 MW, and 5-1MW, synchronization and controls procedures of Toshiba of separately excited Toshiba generators.

• Expertise of different motor control starting systems of 10, 000KW from Water-Resistance Motor Starter, Wye-Delta, Forward-Reverse, 5-speed motor control, Resistance control, single motor starting, and motor jog operations.

• Maintenance of Main Power Station and Substations of 138 kV, 13.8 kV, 440V, and 220V Controls and SCADA. Calibration and repair of controllers and safety relays (Over current, under and over voltage,
ground, frequency deviation relays, ground fault)
