Primary Responsibility:
• Responsible for assisting the Production Foreman in accomplishing the task in production area.
• Assigned as GMP and 5’s Officer.
Secondary Responsibilities:
• Supervises and monitors activities in the production area.
• Inspects operation workmanship if they conform to the requirement.
• Ensures availability of materials and supplies of each work shift during operations.
• Coordinates with maintenance to ensure that machines are in good working conditions.
• Coordinates IE and QA Department in conducting testing and sampling.
• Maintains good house-keeping in the area of responsibility.
• Assist in rating department personnel in Performance Evaluation.
• Attends and evaluates sub con employees in monthly evaluation meeting.
• Receives and records Job Orders (JO).
• Supervises mould setting for new JO's.
• Updates daily output in every running machines (daily computation).
• Submits daily output monitoring report to PPIC Department.
• Records and surrenders JO completion sheets to PPIC Department.
• Updates Daily absence/tardiness monitoring form.
• Makes turn-over report during change of work shift.
• Schedules cleaning of cooling towers and canals.
• Performs special assigned tasks.
• Reports to the General Manager

- set up and arrange the shifting schedule of production workers and ensuring completeness of man power
- Supervises and coordinates production activities.
- Recommends approval and leaves overtime/under time
• Performance and Discipline
- Ensure and efficient performance of production worker according to establish procedures guidelines and standards of filling, packaging and quality control.
- Monitors the work attitude and performance of production workers and recommend promotion, transfer, discipline and termination of erring employees.
- Develop, leads and trains production personnel to improve their productivity.
• Production Activities
- Monitors the reliability of RM/PM for use of incoming shift.
- Conducts on line inspection of process parameters.
- Ensure good production performance by implementing procedures to minimize production losses.
- Assist/guides production performance by implementing procedures to minimize production losses.
- Assist/guides production personnel during serious machine trouble.
- Works closely with other support department to ensure smooth flow of production act.
- To effectively implement policies and procedures on FSMS, HACCP, GMP at all times.
- Monitors and inspect the daily cleanliness of work areas.
- Controls production losses and evaluates the line efficiency and operators performance.
• Other Activities
- Assist in the system documentation formulation of guidelines and enforcement of it.
- Prepares the required paper works such as weekly schedule of operations, weekly production accomplishment and requisition of supplies.
- Gives feedback to his superior on matters affecting production operation.
- During night operation when no other superior officer is present he will act as the officer in charge of the company premises includes housekeeping, security, safety, emergency in accordance to company policy and procedures. Performs other task as maybe assign from time to time.
