Support servers based on different environment (server-2003, 2008, 2008R2, 2012, 2016, Small business server, etc.).
Full Remote environment using ConnectWise for remote connection.
Exchange servers and SpamHERO.
PTRG monitoring and installations.
Acronis Backup for all servers.
Creating VDI and Terminal sessions.
Voice support for US customers using IP phones and Softphones.
Remote Server Management (US based Company Development and
production Server, Client Servers, Web Server), Remote Desktop
Support (Citrix GoToAssist, RDP), Cloud (Amazon Web Service
\[AWS\], Cloud Manager), Cloud Flare (caching web server,
Controlling traffic and Security).
VPN support - Cisco VPN routers connecting servers in the US
parent Company (Those include PPTP and Gateway to Gateway).
Virtualization - VMware workstation, HyperV and Citrix XenDesktop
as per client request.
Linux based web server hosted on Amazon Web Service (AWS) - E2
instance, S3, Exporting and Importing, SSH (using PuTTY), IP
security, etc.
Office Desktop and Network Support.
Web Hosting Management - WHM, cPanel, WP-admin and support
the developer (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, WordPress).
System maintenance, Installation of hardware and software, MailSystem, Support Local Area Networks (LANs/WLANs), Provide user support to both staff and Managers, Office administration.
