• Worst cells analysis (CDR & HSDPA Throughput) on daily & weekly basis by using PRS, Nastar, & OSS-RC and provide solution for any parameter / physical antenna changes.
• Improve the Radio Network Performance to meet the contracted KPIs (CSSR, DCR, IRAT-HO, HS Throughput).
• Implement 3G strategy parameter to improve KPIs (RRC re-establishment, reselection, mobility, Co-PSC reduction, CQI adjustment, Capacity Relief Congestion, Power Control).
• Check consistency of 3G RAN parameters in the beginning of project in order to ensure parameters have been set properly and correctly (Huawei RAN13 and Ericsson RAN W11B).
• Monitor and analysis capacity & utilization of 3G/HSDPA Network (CPU Load, Power, Code, IUB, CE, HS user). Problem solving by parameter changing and propose capacity expansion if urgently needed.
• Drive test analysis for bad spot area using ACTIX & TEMS10, find out network problems (dropped/blocked calls, IRAT/SHO failures, missing neighbor and pilot pollution).
• Working on coverage assessment based on drive test (RSCP, BLER, Tx Power, CQI) and propagation delay.
• 3G & IRAT neighbor audit and optimization using Nastar and OSS-RC/Moshell
• Optimize tilt and orientation of the antennas based on drive test analysis, propagation delay, and network performance statistics analysis.
• VIP customer complaints handling.
• Analyzing the interference problems (pilot pollution, RTWP, etc..) and provide solution.

• Monitor and analysis 3G/HSDPA QOS KPI (RRC-SR, RAB-SR, CS-PS-HS DCR, IRAT SR, HS Throughput) for swap sites using NPO tools, apply required solution, create some zones/clusters, and escalate all 3G degradations not under RF scope.
• Monitor 3G sites capacity and solve the congestions (Power, Code, IUB, CE) after swap especially in busy hour. Recommend for capacity expansion if urgently needed.
• Working on KPI improvement to meet the contracted KPIs for swap sites (CSSR, DCR, SHO-SR, ISHO-SR, HS throughput) on single and cluster swap sites.
• Using WPS, prepare and implement some parameters strategy trial to improve KPI (Reselection, mobiity, call admission and load control ).
• During Ied, implement some parameters strategy to relief congestion (Disabled PS384, reduce max DL&UL establishment rate, reduce HSDPA & HSUPA throughput, cell reselection, mobility, reduce max Active set size).
• WCDMA RAN parameters consistency check after swap sites done in order to ensure parameters have been set properly (Alcatel-Lucent UA7).
• Drive test analysis for swap sites using TEMS12, find out site problems (dropped/blocked calls, SHO/IFHO/IRAT failures, missing neighbor and pilot pollution) and running call trace by using e-Dat (Access Invoked Call Trace - CTb) if needed.
• Daily consistency check of 3G-2G database (LAC, RAC, CI, NCC, BCC & BCCH).
• 3G and IRAT neighbor audit and optimization using e-Dat (Neighbouring Call Trace - CTn).

• Intensively monitoring and analysis 3G/HSDPA QOS KPI (RRC success rate, RAB Est. Success, CS-PS-HS DCR, IRAT SR, HHO SR, HS Throughput) in hourly, daily and weekly basis using NPO tools, apply required solution, create some zones / clusters, and escalate all 3G degradations not under RF scope.
• Handling cluster acceptance based on the agreement KPIs of drive test and network statistic with aggressive parameter tuning & physical antenna changes.
• Working on improvement of Radio Network Performance on cluster basis to meet the agreement KPIs acceptance (CSSR, DCR, ISHO-SR, HHO-SR, HSDPA throughput).
• Solve weekly worst cells analysis (CSSR, CDR, ISHO-SR, HHO-SR) by using NPO and e-Dat and provide solution for any parameter tuning / physical antenna changes.
• Working on daily Radio Network Performance report for each clusters including analysis and solution to improve KPI performance.
