Managing and coordinating Event setup and pack up
To communicate and assist sponsors, partners and clients with logistical and equipment requisition, modifications and setup procedures.
To work closely with management and provide operational/logistical assistance in planning, administration, execution and post event audits.
Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
To communicate, coordinate and work closely with 3PL companies to obtain equipment, purchases, services and other business needs.
Purchasing and acquiring imports of items, equipment and merchandise required through local import/export agents & Kuwait Customs.
To manage event specific operations during execution and ensure safe environments for clients, sponsors, participants and team members.
Implement and perform Record keeping and stock control management.
Work on Inventory management systems and warehousing equipment, merchandise and administration assets.
To calculate and provide accurate forecasts for event proposals with regards to equipment and inventory requirements needed for successful execution.
To identify, study and propose improvement strategies in logistics and operations for events and client/sponsor events.
Researching and selecting the right suppliers and contractors for projects.
Negotiating and finalizing manufacturing, production of equipment obtained from suppliers, contractors and offshore companies (China, India, Netherlands, etc.)
Prepare job packages for plant maintenance teams. Update data supplied through SAP and Primavera softwares
Respond to communication from team leaders and schedulers
Update payroll man hours into system conduct history update on completed jobs
Update job status confirm job completion through Primavera.
Archive folders for further reference and site maintenance
Assist engineering teams in preparing required documentation for their job needs. eg permits, forms, job plans, work scope, contact information, diagrams, etc.
• Willingness to accept the most effective role.
• Understand and properly evaluate inventory of liquor, beer, wine, and non alcoholic beverages.
• Ensure a clean & presentable venue for customers.
• Understand and have knowledge of basic hotel operations outside of Food and Beverage.
• Utilize understanding of aforementioned knowledge to handle guest issues and concerns
• Follow management’s closing procedures nightly.
• Ensure cleanliness of venue and equipment before, during and after service.
• Understand brand specific standards and its affect on guest satisfaction and brand
initiated quality assurance standards.
• Utilize aforementioned brand standards as a training module to ensure consistency and
succeed in brand initiated quality assurance inspections.

• accurately open and close shift with same amount, and “drop” into safe, following proper cash drop procedures, all cash sales as recorded by PMS system.

Responsible for food and beverage operations with restaurants and mass event catering kiosks & ensuring stock replenishment of inventory by communicating efficiently with the logistics and supply teams and engaging with customers to ensure satisfaction of service delivery.
To supervise staff and delegate responsibilities to ensure successful sequence of service through team and individual contribution, achieving sales targets, efficient operation management during peak hours along with customer satisfaction.
Work closely with managers and senior management to supervisor and monitor staff closely and provide incentives through bonuses and promotion when necessary. Help implement company policies and procedures at all times while working and assist staff at all times through training requirements, feedback, operational assistance etc.
To ensure the compliance of food and beverage quality standards as per legislation and licensing and deliver each product to the customer with consistency, hygiene standards and quality assurance.
Perform necessary control and monitoring procedures such as stock take and prevent loss, theft, or miss use of inventory.
