Repairing and troubleshooting of Industrial Machine like Molding Machine, Air Chiller Machine, Cooling Tower Machine, Air Compressor Machine, Air drier Machine, Packing Machine, Filling Machine, Mixer Machine, and etc.
Checking and troubleshooting of electrical motor, conveyors, heaters, Pneumatics, mechanical, Hydraulic system and electrical sequence controls.
Installation and termination of electrical wiring from industrial machine and electrical panel board.
Repairing and Fabrication mechanical parts of Industrial Machine, Jigs and Fixtures through Conventional Milling Machine, Lathe Machine and Grinding Machine.
Perform Monthly Preventive Maintenance of electrical panel board through Voltages checking, Amperes checking, Retightening and Cleaning.
Checking and repairing of firefighting equipment such as Fire extinguishers, Fire alarm, Smoke detector,
Electrical motor pump, jockey pump and diesel pump.
Perform Machine Preventive Maintenance Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Yearly and also perform Predictive, Corrective and Continues improvement of all Industrial machine and equipment.
Making summary of Daily, Monthly and Yearly Machine breakdown report and Maintenance cost report using computer and software.
Perform inventory report of machine spare parts and consumables.
