while Speaking with Compensation & Benefits teams ensuring the right batch
party & compensation parity maintained within HTS Make the Final cut of the
offer & share it with candidate.
6. Weekly Dashboard & catch up - Making & Sharing the weekly dashboard with
Hiring Managers to have right visibility on Current Hiring status. Leading
weekly catch up call to Discussion on hiring plans.
